I am a local REALTOR that has been licensed and working in the Greater Osceola County area since 1986. My firm can assist you in selling or buying your dream home. We also can assist your business as we also sell, lease and manage commercial properties. We primarily work with office and industrial properties. I hold the sought after commercial CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation besides my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) for residential properties. After a few years in education at Reedy Creek Elementary School, Tim Weisheyer followed his entrepreneurial spirit and launched his real estate career.

By the age of 24 he was a multi-million dollar producer and had become known for delivering excellence in every transaction he was a part of. Tim quickly became a key representative for many of the top builders in the area and developed a land acquisition team to aide those he represented in meeting the high demands of Central Florida’s growth.

In 2000, Tim incorporated his real estate company and later branded it under the name Dream Builders Realty and dbrCommercial.

Candice is a Zone Manager for the Osceola Library System. She oversees the Hart Memorial Central Library and TechCentral, as well as support services that affect the entire system - Graphics, Marketing, Outreach, the Call Center, Collection Development, and the Couriers. She is dedicated to making connections to bring the Library and its community together.
