GSeay, Inc. is a Central Florida–based general contracting firm built on more than three decades of construction expertise. President George Seay began his construction career in 1985 after graduating from the University of Florida’s top-ranked School of Construction Management. Over the years, he gained broad experience as a foreman, superintendent, estimator, and project manager before co-founding Vanson Enterprises in 1993, where he spent 26 years serving major clients including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Hyatt, and numerous commercial, hospitality, and residential organizations. In 2019, he launched GSeay, Inc., continuing a legacy of craftsmanship, integrity, and innovation.
