A passionate community enthusiast and strategist with over a decade of experience connecting and supporting local organizations. As an Orlando native, Jackson is deeply involved in the community. She currently serves an advisory board member for The Cloud Family Foundation, The West Lakes District, and Empowered Girls, Inc. Jackson is also an active member of Heart of Florida United Way, Women United where she serves as the Membership Chair.

Jackson joined the renowned Rosen Hotels and Resorts team as the Community & Foundation Relations Specialist in 2023. Working to strengthen local community bonds and make a positive impact. Before joining Rosen, she held positions as the Associate Director of Partnerships at Junior Achievement of Central Florida, Senior Contract Administrator for the Orange County Business Development Division, and Program Manager for the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida.
